The Company is renowned for its quality tailor made service and is proud to serve many of the leading and up and coming Chefs in London and the South. Freshly caught fish arrives on a daily basis once sorted and graded it is prepared to individual chef specifications and delivered to their kitchens early the following morning in our refrigerated vehicles.
We can offer a regular supply of traditional local fish from sustainable sources in the South West and Channel Islands, with the range augmented by Icelandic Cod, Canadian Halibut, Swordfish and Tuna from the Indian Ocean and the finest Salmon from Scotland.
