What we do
The Company is renowned for its quality tailor made service and is proud to serve many of the leading and up and coming Chefs in London and the South. We buy the best freshly caught fish from local fishermen every day once sorted and graded it is prepared to individual chef specifications and delivered to his or her kitchen the following morning in our refrigerated vehicles. Orders are taken not by answerphone but by a real person up to 2am in the morning.

Established in 1992 and located in close proximity to Poole Harbour we are suppliers of quality fresh fish and shellfish to top chefs in the hotel and restaurant business.

We deliver to a broad cross section of top Restaurants in London and the South including the Gordon Ramsay Group, D&D,Galvin's, Caprice group.
Delivery is six days per week and our knowledgeable staff are ready to give advice and take orders from:
